The Ministry of Finance presents for a public discussion a draft decree aimed to simplify the registration of PPOs.
What’s it about?
The use of cash registers (РРО) is an important condition for the de-shadowing of the economy, legalization of actually generated revenues, tax payments to the state budget and increase of the tax revenues.
Presently, the registration procedure for РРОs is rather time-consuming, requires a voluminous set of documents and entails costs for business. To remedy this, the Ministry of Finance has prepared amendments to the executive order No. 547 dd. 14.06.16 (“On the Approval of Procedures for the Registration of Cash Registers and Transaction Books”) which shall:
- simplify the registration of PPOs and their launch;
- implement electronic information exchange in regard to the registration and use of PPОs;
- simplify the requirements to the maintenance of the transaction book (it abolishes the duty to daily attach fiscal receipts into the transaction book).
